Job summary

The University seeks an OnBase Systems Administrator to manage the OnBase platform and related services, ensuring secure access, proper configuration, and reliable operation across environments.

The contractor will install, upgrade, patch, and support OnBase ECM, collaborate with infrastructure teams, and maintain security roles and users. OCSA/OCWA certifications are required, with strong troubleshooting and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as an application administrator using Windows/IIS and OnBase.
• Experience installing, upgrading, and supporting Hyland OnBase ECM software.
• Understanding of OnBase security, roles, users, and issue resolution across multiple business areas.
• Ability to triage and resolve OnBase issues reported by users across environments.
• Maintain proper configuration and access control across environments.
• OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA).
• OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator (OCWA).
• Experience with IIS and Windows Server 2008/2012.

Responsibilities

• Leads the administration and maintenance activities for OnBase platform implementations and upgrades.
• Collaborates with infrastructure teams to deploy database, web, and app servers in multi-instance environments.
• Specifies and verifies OnBase integration architecture with other systems.
