Primary purpose of the role:

This role reports to the IT Service Delivery Manager and provides post-sale support, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and maintenance of products and services.

The OnBase Developer - DevOps is responsible for developing technical solutions and process improvements for enterprise clients, including software configuration, troubleshooting, and client support.

This role involves fixed hours (9am-5:30pm UTC) with on-call support on a rotation basis.

Your role in our mission:

• Develop Agile OnBase solutions for document capture, storage, workflows, and other areas
• Support integration with OnBase API
• Identify and implement solution improvements and health checks
• Proficient in OnBase configuration, clients, Unity Client, Studio, Web Client, and API
• Lead testing to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
• Work with MS SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL databases
• Define system requirements across data, workflows, hardware, and interfaces
• Guide project teams in software development, testing, and deployment
• Maintain accountability for technical components and project success
• Participate in Agile retrospectives for continuous improvement

Functional Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field or relevant experience
• Experience in solution development and deployment
• Experience with OnBase version 18 or higher
• Skills in .Net, databases, and data center migration
• Experience with Kofax and workflow modifications
• Solution health check expertise
• Experience with on-prem solutions and upgrades
• Strong DIP troubleshooting skills
• OnBase certification (API, Workflow, Workview, Installer)
