Job summary

RailPros, Inc. is seeking a Roadway Worker in Charge (RWIC) to deliver on-site roadway worker protection around live railroad tracks.

You will coordinate job sites, manage dispatcher communications, and oversee on-track safety for controlled and non-controlled areas across multiple projects. The role requires the ability to perform daily briefings, complete electronic forms, and travel extensively across states including Missouri.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of RWIC experience with Class I/II railroad.
• Background checks and drug/alcohol testing mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide jobsite protection and enforce rules on live tracks.
• Coordinate job site activities and communicate with dispatchers/engineers.
• Complete forms and reports for each assignment.
