Job summary

Vital Records Control (VRC) seeks a dependable Driver to join our operations team. You will operate company vans or box trucks, collect and deliver documents, and ensure safety by following federal and state transportation laws and company policies.

Responsibilities include timely service, accurate order filling, and clear communication with customers and supervisors. Candidates must have a high school diploma, a valid license, and be able to pass background, MVR, and random drug screens; CDL if

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver’s license required.
MVR check and background check required.
Must be able to pass random drug screens.
Must be able to carry a cell phone for constant communication with Records Center.
Strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
Must be able to work overtime and around the clock including holidays.
Strong directional awareness and navigational skills.
Commercial Driver’s License, if applicable.

Responsibilities

Drive vans or box trucks to customer locations for service needs.
Report to work on time prepared to perform duties.
Meet department productivity and quality standards.
Receive, comprehend, and respond to direction.
Work with customers to fulfill service requests.
All other duties as assigned by supervisor or DOO.
In inclement weather, report two hours early to account for delays and tire chains if necessary.
