Job summary

Prestige Staffing is seeking an Outside Sales/Marketing Coordinator in the greater Chicago area for a large Orthopedic practice. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working on the road and building relationships with referral sources such as personal injury law firms, chiropractors, and strategic partners.

You will manage outreach, CRM records, and communications with referral partners, traveling locally to develop opportunities and support ongoing marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Three years of sales/marketing experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Builds and strengthens relationships with assigned referral sources to drive business through marketing tasks.
• Serves as point of contact for referral sources, providing updates and support.
• Collaborates with scheduling and PI attorneys to provide feedback and solutions to partners.
• Works with Regional Marketing Director to align with marketing goals.
• Maintains CRM records of referral interactions and activities.
