Job summary

Uline, a family-owned distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials, is seeking a hands-on Director of Distribution & Operations for its Kenosha branch. You will lead from the warehouse floor, coaching managers and guiding daily operations for over 1.5 million square feet.

You will drive performance using KPIs, implement data-driven improvements, and ensure safety, accuracy and same-day shipping across inbound, outbound and support teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years leading high-volume distribution operations with 400+ direct reports.
• Proven ability to improve productivity, quality and safety through leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound and supporting functions.
• Coach and develop warehouse managers who lead 400+ employees.
• Drive operational excellence via KPIs and data-driven improvements to deliver fast, accurate service.
• Investigate issues, remove barriers and enhance warehouse performance.
