Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years leading high-volume distribution operations, including 400+ direct reports.
• Proven success improving productivity, quality and safety through operational leadership.
• Experience leading with KPIs, performance metrics, and WMS.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and decision-making in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the warehouse floor, working alongside employees to ensure accuracy, productivity and safety.
• Direct all aspects of day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
• Coach and develop warehouse managers who lead teams of 500+ employees with hands-on leadership.
• Drive operational excellence through accountability and continuous improvement to deliver industry-leading service and same-day shipping.
• Investigate operational challenges, remove barriers and implement data-driven improvements.
