Job summary

Crenlo is seeking a high-output Production Supervisor to drive daily production results and continuous improvement within our Manufacturing team in Rochester, MN. This hands-on leadership role owns line performance including safety, quality, delivery, and material flow, delivering results through disciplined execution and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field is required.
• 3+ years of supervision experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to drive measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, or efficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause and execution.
• Clear and effective cross-level communication.
• Experience working in a team-based and/or union environment.
• Experience maintaining transactional accuracy in a production environment, including material movements and inventory control.
• Familiarity with ERP systems for production and inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Run the floor, not observe it and own daily schedule attainment.
• Identify problems early and solve them fast; drive labor efficiency and line balance.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Hold team members accountable for performance, attendance, and quality.
• Drive urgency and follow-through from Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Materials.
• Own material flow and inventory accuracy with real-time transactions and ERP alignment.
