This hands-on leader owns line performance in safety, quality, delivery, efficiency, and material flow, delivering results through disciplined execution and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing experience with leadership in production.
• 3+ years of supervision experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with root cause focus and execution.
• Experience using ERP systems for production and inventory tracking.

• Enforce safety standards with zero tolerance for unsafe behavior.
• Own daily schedule attainment with no surprises and hit targets.
• Drive labor efficiency through proper staffing, line balance, and waste elimination.
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Hold team members accountable for performance, attendance, and quality.
• Drive urgency and follow-through from Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Materials.
• Own material flow and inventory accuracy with real-time ERP transactions.
• Build and develop a cross-trained workforce with no single points of failure.
