Job summary

Crenlo is seeking a Maintenance Manager for its Rochester, MN production facility to lead the maintenance and facilities teams. The role focuses on uptime performance, preventive maintenance, and project planning for equipment repairs and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Two year technical degree required.
• Four year degree preferred.
• Previous team leadership experience required, with demonstrated success in building high performing teams.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment (metal fabrication, welding, paint, assembly, or similar) is preferred.
• Previous experience in a production maintenance function is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns uptime performance of production equipment and building systems.
• Leads and builds the maintenance team for successful production operation and continuous improvement.
• Plans maintenance work and preventive maintenance using the maintenance management system.
• Promotes a strong safety culture and follows safety policies and procedures.
• Communicates maintenance status and progress through work orders and CMMS.
