Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking an EHS Coordinator to partner with operations, analyze processes and drive continuous safety improvements. You will guide management on safe practices, help identify hazards, and coach employees to reduce risk on the manufacturing floor.

The role supports training, onboarding and ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards across crews, with leadership backing from regional managers and EHS leaders.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA CFR 1910 standards and safe work practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication across diverse teams.
• Ability to train, coach and influence employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-floor presence to coach managers, supervisors and staff on safe behaviors.
• Investigate incidents and develop corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with Area EHS Manager to keep Environmental, Health and Safety programs updated.
