Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking an EHS Coordinator for our Castroville, TX plant. You will partner with operations to analyze processes, eliminate hazards, and provide guidance on environmental, health, and safety practices.

The role includes training, coaching, and ensuring daily safety and regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in EHS, OSHA CFR 1910 knowledge, and strong communication skills, with an Associate's Degree in EHS/Science/Engineering.

Qualifications

• 2+ Years in EHS and/or Manufacturing with EHS responsibility.
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA CFR 1910 and environmental regulations.
• Basic knowledge with Lock Out Tag Out, Working at Heights, Confined Space, Lifting Operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on coaching to management, supervisors, and employees to observe and correct unsafe behaviors.
• Investigate incidents and establish corrective/preventive actions.
• Coordinate with Area EHS Manager to keep programs updated and tracked.
