Job summary

Landmark Snacks seeks a Continuous Improvement Specialist to support operational excellence on the manufacturing floor. You will observe processes, collect data, identify bottlenecks, and help implement process enhancements with operators, supervisors, quality, maintenance, and management teams.

You will develop reports, scorecards, and KPIs for plant leadership to drive safety, quality, productivity, and waste reduction efforts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Business, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Engineering Technology, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe production processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collect and analyze production, downtime, quality, and efficiency data.
• Assist with time studies, process mapping, and root cause investigations.
• Prepare regular performance reports, scorecards, dashboards for management.
• Follow Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and other CI methodologies.
