Job summary

Landmark Snacks LLC in Beatrice, NE is seeking an Continuous Improvement Specialist to support operational excellence on the manufacturing floor. You will observe processes, collect data, identify improvement opportunities, and help implement changes to safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.

You will develop reports, scorecards, and KPI dashboards for plant leadership, work with operators and supervisors, and apply Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 0-2 years of manufacturing, operations, data analysis, or continuous improvement experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to organize data and create reports for leadership review.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Observe production processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collect production, downtime, labor, waste, and quality data.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, scorecards, dashboards, and presentations for management.
• Track KPIs including production output, OEE, labor efficiency, scrap, downtime, and quality metrics.
• Support continuous improvement projects using Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis.
