Job summary

Dessert Holdings is seeking a Line Continuous Improvement Lead to join the Humble, TX facility. You will drive Lean/CI on the line, lead Kaizen events, and advance the Manufacturing Operating System to improve safety, quality, and line performance.

You will train operators and cross-functional teams, analyze data to identify top losses, and coordinate with Engineering, R&D, and Quality on strategic projects. This role requires on-site presence and strong coaching skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business Management, or related field.
Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
English reading/writing/speaking essential; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead Lean/CI tools on the line, including Kaizen, 5S, SW, WI, and autonomous maintenance.
Promote MOS and continuous improvement culture across shifts.
Set daily line priorities and coordinate with other functions for critical activities.
Analyze and report data for production meetings, focusing on key losses.
Design data collection processes and train operators on data capture and digital systems.
Train and coach operators, technicians, supervisors, and managers on CI topics.
Develop training programs and maintain required training documentation.
Identify and execute improvement initiatives with measurable value delivery.
Collaborate with Engineering, R&D, and Quality on strategic projects.
