Job summary

AECOM seeks a Wisconsin Construction Project Leader to oversee highway, bridge and municipal projects for WisDOT and local clients in Milwaukee, Middleton and Stevens Point. The role requires CM/CEI background and the ability to hire and mentor staff while delivering quality, on-time results.

You will manage scope, budgets and schedules, collaborate with clients and other project leaders, and travel as needed within Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus six years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Due to the nature of work, US citizenship is required.
• Valid DMV license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee highway, bridge, and municipal projects for WisDOT and local clients.
• Directly oversee projects and team members in local WisDOT Region to ensure quality, schedules, and budgets.
• Provide strategic planning and delivery on key project needs and initiatives; hire, mentor, and expand the team’s experience and client base.
