Job summary

Oneida ESC Group is seeking a Wisconsin Construction Services Lead in Milwaukee or other locations. The role involves project management and leadership for construction administration and inspection on various WisDOT projects, including overseeing budgets, schedules, and quality performance.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with over 7 years of experience in construction administration and a robust understanding of WisDOT standards. Excellent communication and project management skills are essential, along with the ability to travel within Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction administration, including WisDOT or similar DOT projects.
• Demonstrated experience serving as project leader or project manager.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites throughout Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction administration and inspection services on WisDOT projects.
• Serve as project leader responsible for scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Oversee construction contract administration and project documentation.
