Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

Required Skills

• 4-10 years’ experience with construction on roads and site development projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with an emphasis in transportation or construction.
• Ability to travel is needed for meetings, on-site inspections, etc.
• Ability to multitask a variety of office and field work duties.
• A valid drivers license in the State of Wisconsin and a good driving record.
• Knowledge of the WisDOT Facilities Development Manual, standard specifications, and Construction Materials Manual.
• Knowledge of the Standard Specifications for Sewer & Water Construction in Wisconsin.

Desired Skills

• Registered Professional Engineer in the state of Wisconsin or the ability to become one within 6 months.
• Certifications in WisDOT Highway Technician Certification are desirable.
