Job summary

C Spire is hiring an Account Service Representative in Mississippi. You will be on the front line of customer experience in our retail locations, driving wireless and home services sales while exceeding monthly goals.

You will act as a trusted consultant with up-to-date knowledge of devices, plans, and home services, delivering exceptional service every interaction and growing with ongoing retail development support.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service or sales experience, or a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Interest in technology and staying current on devices and plans.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including some evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Drive wireless, home services, and business sales to exceed monthly goals with uncapped commission potential.
• Serve as a knowledgeable consultant for customers, staying up to date on devices, plans, and services.
