Job summary

Enel North America Inc. is seeking a Wind Turbine Technician II to inspect, troubleshoot, install components and repair turbine systems at our Texas wind sites. You will work from manuals and schematics, perform planned maintenance and assist senior technicians to return turbines to service.

The role requires climbing tall towers, working at heights, and being able to travel up to 25% to other sites. Strong electrical theory, testing equipment proficiency and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of related experience or training.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of time.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance for mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment to maximize generation.
• Install, test, maintain and troubleshoot minor components and assist with major components.
• Perform current and voltage calculations as necessary.
• Initiate reports and records for maintenance and repairs.
• Complete LOTO, JSA's, and job-specific documentation for safe work.
