Apex Clean Energy is looking for an experienced Facility Manager to oversee operations of a utility-scale wind farm in Bellevue, Ohio. This role is critical for the operational success of the asset, requiring at least 5 years of related experience and NFPA 70E accreditation.

The Facility Manager will manage maintenance activities, oversee safety protocols, and engage with community stakeholders. Candidates should have strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for renewable energy and a willingness to work under demanding conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of wind site manager experience and preferably 10 years of wind operations or utility experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with substation, collection, and transmission equipment operation and maintenance.
• NFPA 70E accredited.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the wind farm and manage operations and maintenance activities.
• Champion safety culture and ensure compliance with health and safety plans.
• Manage and coordinate operations for balance of plant assets.
