The Facility Manager handles all operations and maintenance activities, ensuring safety and compliance, while also engaging with stakeholders and managing service contracts successfully.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wind operations, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for renewable energy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of wind site manager experience.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and relationship management skills.

• Manage and coordinate all operations and maintenance activities.
• Provide routine visual monitoring of electrical and structural elements.
