Job summary

Alliance PTP, LLC is seeking a Wellness Delivery Specialist to support Work-Fit clients through planning, executing, and evaluating wellness services. The role emphasizes collaboration with site leaders, clinical teams, and safety groups to promote health programs.

The candidate will manage events, track metrics, and ensure SOP compliance while delivering on-site fitness activities and program communications. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Work-Fit/Customer specified health field such as Exercise Physiology or Fitness/Wellness; master’s preferred.
• Professional certification in the specified health field.
• Maintain CPR/AED certification.
• 3 years of professional experience in a specified health field.
• Experience in individual and group fitness instruction preferred.
• Effective written and oral communication skills with individuals and groups.
• Ability to manage time and work without direct supervision.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and online research; electronic recordkeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with key site stakeholders and promote WB programs.
• Plan and deliver on-site health and fitness events and campaigns.
• Report on program metrics and risk trends using HA data.
• Maintain SOPs, policies, and procedures for quality and compliance.
• Support marketing, communications, and client-specific program delivery.
