Job summary

WorkCare is seeking a Part Time Wellness Specialist to coordinate and deliver onsite wellness programs at our Flagstaff, AZ location. You will serve as the primary wellness resource for employees and client stakeholders, facilitating workshops and screenings, and collaborating with the Injury Prevention Specialist to support ergonomic and health initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, with preference for wellness or ergonomic certifications and 2+ years in

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in health promotion, public health, nutrition, exercise science, kinesiology, health sciences, or related field required.
Wellness coaching certification or ergonomic certification preferred.
Minimum 2 years in workplace wellness or related field.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and deliver onsite wellness programs focused on physical activity, nutrition, stress management, sleep health, chronic disease prevention, injury prevention, and ergonomics.
Serve as the primary wellness resource for employees and client stakeholders.
Facilitate wellness workshops, campaigns, lunch-and-learns, challenges, and events.
Conduct wellness screenings and ergonomic assessments using established protocols.
Collaborate with the onsite Injury Prevention Specialist to support injury prevention and employee education.
