Alliance PTP Partners in St. Louis, MO seeks a Fitness & Wellness Specialist to support Work-Fit services, plan, deliver, and measure fitness programs while ensuring safety and compliance.

You will collaborate with site teams, health professionals, and management to enhance participant health outcomes. The role requires a Bachelor’s in a health field, CPR/AED certification, and at least 3 years in fitness/wellness.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a Work-Fit/Health field from an accredited college.
• CPR/AED certification required; professional certification preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in health/fitness field.
• Experience delivering fitness programs and wellness campaigns.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and time management.

Mansioni

• Support fitness facility usage and safety.
• Assist program design and participant goals.
• Instruct group fitness as approved.
• Maintain equipment and inventory.
• Report on program metrics to client Boeing Program Manager.
