Job summary

Alliance PTP Partners is seeking a Fitness & Wellness Specialist to support Work-Fit customers by planning, delivering and measuring wellness services. You will help ensure program quality, safety, and participant satisfaction across health and fitness activities.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a health field, CPR/AED certification, and 3 years’ relevant experience. Strong communication and time management are essential for success in this full-time position based in St. Louis, MO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Work-Fit/Health field from an accredited college or university.
• Professional certification in the health field is preferred.
• Maintain CPR/AED certification.
• 3 years of professional experience in a health field.
• Experience delivering fitness services, programming, group fitness, wellness campaigns, events and projects.
• Strong written and oral communication, and ability to manage time and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support fitness facility usage, orient participants to rules and equipment.
• Assist with program design and performance based on goals and constraints.
• Provide group fitness instruction as needed and coordinate schedules.
• Maintain equipment and inventory; report maintenance needs.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and adherence to exercise guidelines.
• Report program metrics and contribute to client growth and satisfaction.
