Job summary

IEHP is seeking a Community Wellness Center Logistics Specialist to oversee inventory, facilities maintenance, and event logistics across the organization’s CWCs. You will coordinate with Facilities, Warehouse, and IT to ensure safe, efficient operations and excellent member experiences.

The role requires at least two years in facilities work, valid California driver’s license, and certifications for pallet jack and CPR/First Aid, with on-site work at IEHP Community Wellness Centers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of facilities experience required
• HVAC, lighting controls and electrical power systems knowledge preferred
• Customer service experience in a managed care setting preferred
• Secure Electric Pallet Jack certification within one month
• Active CPR/First Aid Certification within one month

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control for the Community Wellness Center, including forecasting and tracking
• Coordinate and resolve service work orders and maintain building systems
• Conduct facility inspections ensuring safety and OSHA compliance
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships and service contracts
• Plan and execute logistics for special events and programs
• Manage grounds and custodial operations for safety and cleanliness
• Collaborate with IEHP departments for operational improvements
• Implement process improvements for inventory and facilities management
• Serve as IT liaison for basic troubleshooting and ticket resolution
• Lead logistics planning for events and align with budget and goals
• Provide mentorship on logistics best practices
