Job summary

QSIC is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Technician to join the Operations team in the US. Based at the Farmers Branch, TX warehouse, you will configure, test, package, and ship QSIC devices, supporting global deployments and collaborating with teams in Australia and Mexico.

The 6-month contract offers hands-on IT support exposure, room to grow into a full-time role, and a chance to gain experience with a leading in-store audio platform.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to notice and fix issues before they become problems.
• Excellent communication skills, both on the phone and in person.
• Well-organized, self-starting, and adaptable with a willingness to learn new tech.
• Curiosity about QSIC’s hardware, software stack, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Configure and test hardware including Raspberry Pi devices and PoE equipment.
• Package and ship equipment to customers across North America.
• Receive deliveries and organize them into locations.
• Communicate daily with internal teams, drivers, and customers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot defective equipment to identify root causes.
• Lift and move products up to 50 lbs and work in a non climate-controlled warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace following 5S and OSHA guidance.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager for training and support.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory tracking.
