Job summary

QSIC is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Technician to join our US Operations team in Farmers Branch, TX. You will configure and test hardware, pack and ship gear, and support inventory control in a fast-growing, global tech environment.

Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, liaising with drivers and teams, and maintaining safety standards. This position starts as a 6-month contract with potential full-time opportunity based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
• Comfortable lifting and moving packages most of the day.
• Organized, self-starting and adaptable.
• Willing to learn QSIC’s tech stack and systems.
• Good communicator who can work independently and with others.
• Experience communicating with clients by phone, in person, and online.

Responsibilities

• Configure and test equipment including Raspberry Pi devices, PoE switches, speakers.
• Package and ship equipment to customers across North America.
• Receive deliveries and organize them into locations.
• Communicate daily with internal teams, delivery drivers, and others by phone, email, and in person.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot defective equipment to identify root cause.
• Lift, carry and count products up to 50 lbs using ladders or pallet jacks.
• Work in a non climate-controlled warehouse with seasonal heat and cold.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S standards and OSHA requirements.
• Work directly with a Warehouse Manager for one-on-one training and support.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory tracking.
