Job summary

The Kroger family of companies is seeking a Supervisor to oversee day-to-day receiving, selection and loading of product, while maintaining productivity for hourly associates at our Phoenix, AZ location. Qualifications

• Two or more years of leadership experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to report and solve issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in computer software, especially MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with fellow supervisors and Manager on daily operational activities.
• Manage and promote safety and sanitation in all areas.
• Plan production/staffing need on a daily, weekly, period basis.
• Work with all areas to maximize productivity and performance.
• Monitor and meet all order accuracy requirements/expectations.
• Conduct meetings with hourly associates.
• Oversee the personnel records for all associates.
• Help develop and train hourly associates.
• Generate distribution/service center productivity reports regarding labor standards and hours.
• Supervise and coach direct reports; complete performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
