Job summary

Relogistics is seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee a client site within a distribution center. You will supervise all site operations, maintain safety, and ensure high employee satisfaction.

You will manage customer relationships, coordinate schedules, train staff, and drive continuous improvements using data. A bachelor's degree is preferred, with 5+ years in related fields and 3+ years in a leadership role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail management, distribution, supply chain, or manufacturing environments
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred
• Forklift certification required
• Valid driver’s license for travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Manage all site employees across multiple shifts.
• Communicate goals, manage schedules, and coordinate workloads to meet facility goals.
• Maintain quality and safety standards throughout the site.
• Train and develop associates and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Manage customer relationships for the site.
