Job summary

Midwest Refrigerated Services, INC. seeks a Site Maintenance Technician for Milwaukee, WI. This on-site role focuses on diagnosing, repairing and maintaining warehouse equipment and building systems to support 24/7 operations.

You will use CMMS/eMaint to create precise work orders, coordinate with vendors, and uphold safety and company policies. Candidate should have 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in industrial settings and be available Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of hands-on commercial, industrial, or facilities maintenance experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems safely.
• Experience with CMMS and creating work orders.
• Valid driver's license and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and compliance with food safety and company policies.
• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and test equipment; prevent failures.
• Manage work orders, parts, and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate with Operations and Facilities Manager on daily tasks.
• Record accurate asset data, Downtime, and maintenance results.
