Job summary

US Elogistic Service Corp is seeking high-potential graduates for a full-time, on-site rotational role to learn our operations, policies, and industry regulations. You will shadow managers, monitor inventory, and participate in order picking, packing, and shipping to support timely fulfillment.

The program emphasizes leadership development and hands-on training across departments, with periodic evaluations and training sessions to build management skills for a future leadership path.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates with a bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or management.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese required; Spanish is a plus.
• Proficient in office software; able to quickly learn warehouse-related systems.
• Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, business-minded with foresight, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through various departments to learn company operations, policies, and industry regulations.
• Shadow experienced managers and executives to observe decision-making processes and leadership styles.
• Assist with monitoring and managing inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
• Gain hands-on experience in order picking, packing, and shipping processes; work closely with team members to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Undergo periodic evaluations to assess progress, receive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
• Attend training sessions and activities to build management knowledge and skills, participate in project presentations, and enhance team collaboration.
