Job summary

Commonwealth is seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator for our Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky warehouse network. You will move product safely on the floor — unloading inbound freight, putting away inventory, and staging outbound orders — as part of a long-tenured team.

Applicants should hold forklift certification or be able to certify on site, and demonstrate reliability with a physically active shift and strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification is required or can be obtained on site.
• Prior warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing floor experience is preferred.
• Reliable attendance and a physically active shift.
• Commitment to safety around pedestrians, racking, and trailers.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts for inbound, putaway, replenishment, and outbound staging.
• Follow dock and aisle procedures, including trailer inspection and load securement.
• Scan and confirm product in the WMS so inventory stays accurate.
• Support cycle counts and housekeeping in your assigned zones.
• Flag damaged freight, unsafe conditions, and equipment issues immediately.
