Job summary

Lotte Global Logistics North America (LGLNA) in Irving, TX is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Center Manager to lead the Dallas mobile service-parts warehouse on-site. You will manage inbound and outbound processes, inventory controls, staffing, safety, reporting, and continuous improvement while controlling labor and operating costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, operations management, or related field preferred.
• Seven or more years of progressive warehouse/distribution experience with manager-level responsibility.
• Spanish proficiency preferred, Korean a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse execution across receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, shipping, returns/RMA, and physical-inventory support.
• Own site performance against key service expectations, including dock-to-stock, on-time shipping, inventory accuracy, quality, and productivity.
• Manage labor planning, overtime, temporary staffing, supplies, and other controllable costs, review performance versus plan and address material variances.
• Recruit, coach, and develop supervisors and associates while maintaining cross-training and backup coverage for critical operating functions.
• Partner with the Inventory Manager to protect inventory integrity, cycle-count execution, FIFO/aging controls, location accuracy, and high-value product handling.
• Ensure SOPs, training records, OSHA/MHE safety, physical security, Dangerous Goods requirements, reporting, and audit-readiness standards are followed.
