Lotte Global Logistics North America (LGLNA) Groveland, FL is hiring a Warehouse Center Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and ensure on-time receiving and shipping targets. You will supervise floor personnel, manage labor and equipment moves, and drive process improvements for accuracy and efficiency.

The role emphasizes safety, SOP adherence, and cross-department communication, with opportunities to mentor staff and contribute to continuous improvement in a growing logistics network.

Qualifications

• WMS/WMP proficiency and RF scanning experience.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a busy logistics environment.
• Strong communication for stand-up meetings and inter-department coordination.
• Solid knowledge of DOT, HAZMAT, OSHA safety protocols.
• Proficiency with Office Suite for reporting and productivity tracking.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of floor operations to meet OT Receiving and OT Shipping targets.
• Monitor real-time workflow and reallocate labor/equipment to resolve bottlenecks.
• Conduct safety huddles and ensure OSHA/HAZMAT compliance.
• Oversee inventory counts and equipment maintenance coordination.
• Mentor warehouse associates and support performance reviews.
