Job summary

Albany Med Health System is seeking a Site Services Concierge for the Latham corporate offices to greet visitors and support the executive suite with professional, discreet service. As the primary on-site contact, you will manage welcome activities, direct guests, coordinate room reservations, and handle routine workplace needs while ensuring issues are escalated and resolved promptly.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum three years in concierge, hospitality, office coordination, or customer service.
• Executive-office or professional-services experience preferred.
• Proficient with Outlook, shared calendars, reservation software, Microsoft Office and service-request systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, confirm host and destination, coordinate access, and escort to destination.
• Manage reservations for meeting spaces, hoteling spaces, and designated rooms; coordinate with hosts and assistants.
• Serve as single point of contact for site issues: restrooms, supplies, cleaning, leaks, temperature, lighting, or equipment; log requests and track status.
• Perform daily site readiness tasks; monitor supplies and coordinate with service teams; maintain contact lists and coordination flow.
• Escalate urgent or recurring issues and keep supervisor and affected employees informed.
