Job summary

Albany Med Health System is seeking a dedicated on-site Site Services Specialist to serve visitors at the Latham corporate offices. You will provide a welcoming arrival experience, verify host and destination, and coordinate meeting spaces and supplies to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities include maintaining reception readiness, managing shared space reservations, escalating issues, and coordinating with Facilities, Environmental Services, IT, and vendors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in concierge, hospitality, or office coordination preferred.
• Proficiency with Outlook, calendars, reservation software, and service-request systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, confirm host and destination, and escort to appropriate area.
• Assist with directions and accessibility needs; protect confidential information.
• Manage reservations for meeting rooms and shared spaces; ensure readiness.
• Log requests, track status, and confirm completion with requesters.
• Coordinate with Facilities, Environmental Services, IT, and vendors as needed.
• Monitor supplies and ensure reception coverage; escalate issues appropriately.
