You will handle routine inquiries, guide new hires through onboarding, and coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition to ensure a smooth employee experience.

The role emphasizes discretion, accuracy, and timely escalation of complex issues, while maintaining confidential information and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in human resources, business, healthcare administration, or a related field is required.
• Experience in HR systems and onboarding processes is preferred.
• Familiarity with Form I-9 and confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent front-desk coverage and a warm, professional welcome for employees, applicants, new hires, visitors, and vendors.
• Assist with Workday onboarding tasks, Form I-9 review, and new-hire readiness activities.
• Support HR operations and administrative tasks, including data entry, recordkeeping, and organizing materials.
