Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (human factors/biomedical, HCI or psychology).
• 5+ years applying human factors, ergonomics or usability standards in product design.
• Experience with complex, regulated enterprise products or healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead usability engineering activities in product development, ensuring IEC 62366-1:2015 compliance.
• Collaborate with UX, risk, quality and validation teams to incorporate user feedback.
• Conduct usability assessments and document findings for stakeholders.
• Engage external clinical experts per quality and regulatory standards.
• Represent usability engineering in audits and reviews.
