Siemens Healthineers seeks a usability engineer to join a multidisciplinary team delivering safe, effective medical devices. You will partner with UX, product management, risk and quality teams worldwide to integrate human factors into the development of complex hardware and software for interventional oncology.

The role requires residing in Minneapolis with about 25% travel. You will lead usability activities, document results, ensure IEC 62366-1 compliance, support audits, and educate peers.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with human factors/biomedical specialization.
• 5+ years applying human factors/usability standards in product design.
• Experience with complex enterprise healthcare products.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Mansioni

• Lead usability engineering activities across projects per IEC 62366-1.
• Collaborate with UX, risk management, quality, and validation teams.
• Conduct usability assessments and present findings to stakeholders.
