Job summary

Vertiv Co. is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform scheduled and remedial service on Small to Medium UPS, PDU, and Battery systems (2-120KVA) across the Edge market including retail, financial, and municipal customers.

You will work under supervision or independently after training, provide on-site and phone support, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• ASEET or AMEET preferred or in progress.
• High School or Vocational School Diploma.
• 2-4 years military experience in a related technical field.
• 0-2 years of relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform service tasks as assigned per company policies.
• Render on-site and phone assistance to customers.
• Communicate with Technical Support on issues.
• Maintain safety guidelines and PPE usage.
• Complete administrative tasks and inventory counts.
• Strive for first-time fix and high customer satisfaction.
