Qualifications

• Experience leading UM/UR teams in hospital settings.
• Familiarity with Epic UR/QA workflows.
• Strong collaboration with physicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate UM staff to optimize throughput and length of stay.
• Lead daily rounds and bed huddles for medical necessity.
• Ensure Medicare/ payer documentation accuracy and timely certifications.
• Provide coaching, onboarding and performance feedback to staff.
