Job summary

Qualifications

• RN with active license and knowledge of UM processes.
• Experience coordinating care across acute, chronic, and long-term stages.
• Strong collaboration with physicians and healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site UM staff and coordinate across the continuum.
• Train, supervise, and develop UM team members and students.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
