Job summary

MTSI is seeking a Program Support Specialist to support the DAF PAE C3BM office at Wright-Patterson AFB and the Beavercreek, OH location. The role emphasizes collaboration across multiple organizations to prepare, refine, and publish program documentation and briefings.

Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and ensuring action items are tracked in Jira/Confluence. A Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required, with 100% in-person work at Wright-Patterson

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year on DoD programs.
• Experience with program management tools and techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling/communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, preparation, editing, and publication of program documentation and briefings.
• Assist Government team at reviews, meetings, and seminars.
• Manage calendars, schedules, and email across networks (classified/unclassified).
• Track tasks in Jira and Confluence and ensure timely completion and archival.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers and prepare government-format documents.
