Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) seeks a Junior Program Manager to support the DAF PAE C3BM office at Wright-Patterson AFB and Beavercreek, OH.

The role requires collaboration across multiple organizations, risk management, and proficient use of MS Office and scheduling tools. Responsibilities include developing capability roadmaps, preparing solicitation documents, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of DoW contracts/programs experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, scheduling software and virtual collaboration tools.
• 1+ years in a secure environment (SCIF, SAPF).
• Knowledge of program management tools and procedures.
• Experience with knowledge management and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing capability roadmaps for incremental tech delivery and system-of-systems acquisitions.
• Assist in developing solicitation documents and ensuring contract requirements comply with regulations.
• Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate program risks throughout the life cycle.
• Support program leadership and coordinate intra-team communication.
• Represent management at reviews and report program status monthly.
• Support planning, editing, and publication of program documentation and reports.
• Provide interface and coordination with internal/external customers.
• Assist in data entry and integration into reports/presentations.
• Prepare correspondence per government formats, including classified/unclassified materials.
• Duties related to contract or acquisition activities as required.
