Job summary

Growing Hope is seeking a Program Coordinator for Leaphart Place, a transitional housing program for young adults. You will coordinate day-to-day operations, support residents in goal development, and manage program records and rent tracking on-site.

This hands-on role emphasizes community partnerships, trauma-informed engagement, and independent living skill development while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience coordinating youth or young‑adult services, transitional housing, or related programs.
• Strong communication, organization, and data entry skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and HMIS or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of Leaphart Place and the transitional housing program.
• Develop individualized goals with residents and monitor progress toward independence.
• Maintain program records, admissions materials, and rent/tracking documentation.
• Collaborate with DSS caseworkers, community resources, and partners to support residents.
