Job summary

Hope House Colorado is seeking a Housing Support Program Manager to lead the housing and residential programs, manage partnerships, and drive the self-sufficiency growth of teen moms. This role reports to leadership and stewards the housing budget, with direct supervision of housing navigators and residential staff.

The position requires onsite work in Arvada and a track record in housing management, strategic planning, and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience working with an at-risk population is required.
• At least two years in a supervisory/management role is required.
• Ability to work onsite at Arvada location Monday-Friday, with one evening shift per week.
• Experience managing a housing program or working in housing is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, decision making and judgement skills.
• Collaborative work style with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop housing and residential programs and staff.
• Develop and oversee annual operational plan and budget for housing domain.
• Establish and manage housing partnerships and oversee program partnerships.
• Drive growth along the self-sufficiency continuum for program participants.
• Participate in Housing Committee and support volunteer integration into programming.
• Input relevant data into program databases and collaborate with Development.
