Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, psychology, education, or related field.
• Minimum of three years in youth or young-adult services, transitional housing, or related setting.
• Ability to build rapport with young adults while maintaining boundaries and accountability.
• Experience supporting goal development and coordinating services.
• Strong organization, data entry, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of Leaphart Place and manage resident transition.
• Assist residents with individualized goals, resource navigation, and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with DSS caseworkers to access benefits and supports.
• Maintain program records, rents, and life skills development.
• Oversee admissions, orientation, and program transitions.
• Ensure safety, professional boundaries, and timely escalation of concerns.
• Coordinate housing operations, repairs, and upkeep; track repair requests.
• Support resident payments, budgeting, and financial accountability.
• Develop community partnerships and manage volunteers.
