Job summary

Medline is seeking a Supervisor Training to ensure timely, consistent training for manufacturing, maintenance, quality, and warehouse staff at our Aurora, CO facility. You will lead a small team, coordinate with Branch Leadership, monitor KPIs, and maintain training records while driving onboarding and workforce development.

The role involves day-to-day staff supervision, budget considerations, and policy implementation aligned with Training Manager directives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• Strong leadership abilities and effective communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP and Catalyst.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must read, write, and speak English.
• Operate machinery at the location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a group of employees.
